Hand Me Down My Walking Cane – 2 Arrangements
Here is my arrangement of the old-time tune “Hand Me Down My Walking Cane” in the key of G. I’ve created two arrangements for this tune. The first time through is straight-ahead beginner arrangement that plays the melody right on the head. The second time through is an intermediate arrangement with more consecutive eighth-notes runs, hammer-ons, and pull-offs. This is a great lesson for those of you looking to learn your first flatpicking solos. Go ahead and give it a listen!
