Under The Double Eagle – Beginner Carter-Style

This week’s featured lesson is for the fiddle tune ‘Under The Double Eagle’ in the key of G.  This tune has been long requested so I’ve finally created an arrangement for it!  We’ll be learning a straight-ahead, Carter-Style solo for this tune.  We’ll be using lots of double stops and harmonizing the melody which will require some good pick control but all and all this lesson sits in the ‘beginner level.’  Have a listen below. 🙂
