Red Haired Boy – 2 Arrangements – Basic and Intermediate
I’ve created two arrangements for the classic Bluegrass and Old-time fiddle tune “Red Haired Boy” in the key of A. I’ve written up a basic ‘A’ and ‘B’ part that plays the most simplistic form of the melody. This will be great for the beginner flat-picker. You’ll be able to use this basic arrangement to build upon into a more intermediate style solo. I’ve also have written an intermediate ‘A’ and ‘B’ part with more hammer-ons, pull-offs, and consecutive eighth notes so you can begin to get more expressive with the melody. Have a listen below!
