Lonesome Road Blues – Two Arrangements

This week’s featured lesson is for the Bluegrass/Folk song “Lonesome Road Blues” done in the key of G.  I’ve written up two arrangements for this tune.  The first time through is a straight-ahead beginner solo that plays the melody right on the head. The second time through we’ll get more expressive with the melody by adding consecutive eighth-note runs, cross-picking, and classic bluegrass licks! This lesson includes:
