Roll in My Sweet Baby’s Arms – Bluegrass Study Piece – 3 Solos and 2 Rhythm Lessons

Here is a lesson I’m using as a ‘Bluegrass Study Piece.’  It’s the tune “Roll in My Sweet Baby’s Arms” in the key of G.  I wanted to do a ‘build a solo’ lesson so I’ve created three different solos- A beginner (Carter style), intermediate, and an advanced solo.  We’ll start with a basic melody and then become more expressive while playing the melody in different places on the neck of our guitar.   I’ve also included two rhythm lessons as well.  We’ll take a look at a basic rhythm, learning how to do alternate bass strumming and then more of an intermediate rhythm that will involve more bass walks while supplying more energy.  Enjoy!  ?

This lesson includes:

– PDF Tabs (3 Solos and 2 Rhythm lessons)
– Over 1.5 hours of up-close video
– 5 Practice Tracks at 120, 140, 160, 180, and 200 BPM
– Broken up into 13 separate videos so you can move around easier
– Beginning, intermediate, and advanced solo
– Basic and Intermediate rhythm lessons
