Hallelujah – Beginner Fingerstyle

This is my fingerstyle accompaniment lesson for the song “Hallelujah” written by Leonard Cohen.  This song is done in the key of C and is a great beginner lesson for those of you looking to enter the fingerstyle world.  I walk you through the right-hand pattern for the tune and I play and sing through it so you know exactly how it goes.  I also include a short lesson on how to strum the tune if you choose to use a pick, but this lesson is focused on developing basic fingerstyle skills.
