Good Ol’ Mountain Dew – 2 Arrangements – Beginning and Advanced

Here is my arrangement of the traditional tune “Good Ol’ Mountain Dew” done in the key of G. This is an old bluegrass tune that I learned when I was first starting to play bluegrass music. The tune has some funny words that have to do with drinking a little “mountain dew.” I’ve created a beginning and advanced arrangement. The beginner arrangement is done in the Carter Style while the advanced one is more of a Hot Bluegrass solo. I think you’ll enjoy learning and playing this tune! Have a listen below.
