Easy Bluegrass and Ragtime in C – Beginner Flatpicking Lesson

This week’s featured lesson is an original composition entitled ‘Easy Bluegrass and Ragtime in C.’ We’ll be working with a really fun melody that’s easy to play and that will get stuck in your head. There are some really common Bluegrass moves along with some Carter Style flavor in there as well. I also ‘tagged’ this song under ‘in the style of Doc Watson’ as I feel it has some elements of his playing as well. This will be a great lesson for the ‘Advanced beginner’ flatpicker.
