Rock Salt and Nails – 2 Arrangements

Here is my arrangement for the tune “Rock Salt and Nails” done in the key of Eb.  I know this tune best for listening to Flatt and Scruggs.  I decided to create two arrangements for this tune.  One in the Carter Style which is very basic.  The second arrangement gets up on the neck around the 5th position and I play the melody in all “closed position.”  I like this because it’s a sweet portion of the neck!  This is also another good lesson for learning to play the melody in two different places on your guitar.  Enjoy!
