Soulful Folk Solos in C – Three Short Arrangements

This lesson is an original composition I’ve entitled ‘Soulful Folks Solos in C.’  We’ll be learning a rather simple and short (only 8 bars long) melody in which we’ll learn to play in three different positions on the fretboard.  The solos will largely involve using major pentatonic scales and passages.  It’s a great practice to be able to play the melody in more than one position on your fretboard.  Go ahead and give it a listen below!
